     • Cancellations or rescheduling made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur no fee.

     • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 75% of the total service cost.

     • If our team is unable to gain access to the property at the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total service cost will be applied.

4. Payment

   • Payment Methods: Payments can be made through the Jobber app using a credit card or directly from your bank account.

   • Payment Terms: Payment is due immediately upon completion of services. A late fee of $25 per day will be applied to overdue payments.
